Mi Escuelita held a really nice graduation ceremony, complete with caps & gowns, and Rachel was one of two student speakers! Here are some pictures, plus a video of her speech, which was written by her teacher and memorized by Rachel. We were so proud of her for doing such a wonderful job with the speech - she didn't even seem nervous or scared!

"Bienvenidos a nuestra graduacion. Los cometas estamos muy felices, y queremos decir gracias a nuestras familias por querernos y ayudarnos tanto, y a Mi Escuelita por los amigos que siempre estaran en sus {nuestros} corazones.
Vamos a kinder, pero nunca olvidaremos que gracias a ustedes, vemos el mundo diferente."
"Welcome to our graduation. The Cometas (her class) are very happy, and we want to thank our families for loving us and helping us so much, and (thanks) to Mi Escuelita for the friends that will always be in our hearts. We are going to kindergarten, but we will never forget that, thanks to you, we see the world differently."
